From your first click to the surprise delivery — here's the complete journey.
Enter the Delivery Postcode
We start with WHERE the surprise needs to go — not what's in it. Enter the recipient's Melbourne postcode and we instantly calculate the delivery zone and price.
Delivery zones 1–7 radiating from Lalor, VIC. From $30 day delivery (Zone 1) up to $120 (Zone 7, 80km away).
💡 Tip: This flow is for delivering to Melbourne — the zone is always based on the recipient's Melbourne postcode, not where you're ordering from. Want a hamper delivered somewhere within India instead? See our separate India Hampers flow below.
Choose Your Tray & Add-ons
Pick Small ($60), Medium ($70) or Large ($80). Then add cake, bouquets, teddies, mugs, frames, lights and more as optional extras.
All add-ons are optional — cake, bouquets, mugs, frames, LED lights and more. Build your tray exactly how you want it.

Book a Delivery Slot
Choose your delivery date (minimum 1 day ahead — we deliver 7 days a week, including weekends & public holidays) and a time slot: Midnight Surprise, Midday, Afternoon, or Evening.
Each slot has a maximum of 3 orders (Midnight Surprise is limited to 1). Once you select a slot it's held for 15 minutes while you complete payment.
💡 Tip: Want to be the very first to wish someone? Try the 12:00 AM Midnight Surprise slot! Afternoon is most popular for regular deliveries — book early.
Pay & Send Screenshot
Australia: pay via Bank Transfer. India: pay via WorldRemit or UPI/Google Pay India. Send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp or upload it on the site.
No live payment gateway — Ritika personally reviews every screenshot before confirming. This ensures every order is verified and perfect.
💡 Tip: India orders must be paid in full upfront. Australia orders can pay a 50% deposit for orders over $150, with balance on delivery (Zone 1–2 only).
Ritika Approves & Confirms
Once payment is verified, you get a WhatsApp message and email confirmation with your invoice. The order is locked in.
You'll receive the confirmation within a few hours of sending your screenshot. If anything needs clarification, Ritika will call you directly.
💡 Tip: Save your order number — you can track your order status at any time from your account.
Delivery Day Magic
On the morning of delivery, Ritika sends you a WhatsApp update. When she's on the way, you get another message with your ETA.
Once delivered, you'll receive a final confirmation. Leave a review on Instagram to help others find the magic! 🌟
💡 Tip: If you added the Panda Person (15-min visit, includes reaction video) or Video Recording, they'll arrive with the tray for the full surprise experience.

Want the Hamper Delivered Within India?
This is different from ordering-from-India-to-Melbourne above — here the surprise itself is delivered to an address in India, within our India delivery zone (Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi & Chandigarh). Only our Ready-to-Go hampers are available for this — no custom tray builder — and prices are the same AUD pricing shown converted to INR, so there's no separate markup. Delivery is 100% upfront, no Cash on Delivery, with just two time slots: a Midnight Surprise and a Day slot.
Festival Hamper Drops
Around Rakhi, Diwali and other festivals, Ritika runs a small limited-time drop of curated hampers — deliverable to Australia, India, or both, at a fixed price with no add-on picker. Stock is limited per country, so a hamper can sell out in one country while still available in the other. Delivery takes 5–6 working days and, like our India hampers, is 100% upfront. Watch the homepage for the “Special Drops” banner whenever one is live.
